Happy Thursday....almost Friday!
First off, I wanted to let you know that I have morning playground duty every other week. If you see me on the playground before school and I'm not particularly talkative, please don't be offended. I'm keeping my eye out for kids' safety.
Kids went to library today for the first time this school year. They were able to checkout TWO books each. We will have library every other Thursday afternoon. I'll try my best to remind you to have kids return their books before we go next time.
Coming home today in Thursday folders is your kiddo's first personal narrative of the year. See the attached rubric for info on scoring.
Parent Portal (where you go to see your kiddo's grades) will be down 10/1 - 10/12 because that is the grading window for teachers before report cards are finalized.
Reminder: Brantner Fun Run collections are due tomorrow!
